Many congratulations to Simon Walshe, a Chartered Financial Planner based in Chase de Vere’s Bath office, who has been named in the first ever cohort of PAM NextGen Leaders.
This accolade, as judged by PAM Insight and thewealthnet, supersedes their highly acclaimed PAM Top 40 Under 40 award. It highlights those working in the wealth management industry who they believe are destined for the top and who will be the industry leaders of tomorrow.
Factors they took into account included the reputation and performance of the company that the nominee works for, feedback from senior executives, career development, relative years of experience and active involvement in promoting a good organisational culture.
Simon’s entry highlighted his excellent progress since joining Chase de Vere in 2009. He progressed quickly to become an Independent Financial Adviser in 2012 and since then he has gone from strength to strength. He achieved Chartered Financial Planner and Fellowship status in 2015 and is now one of the very best qualified advisers in the country.
Simon provides comprehensive independent financial advice, in particular for professionals such as doctors and other medical practitioners. He is also very active in mentoring and guiding newer advisers and providing the support they need to develop their own careers.
