Our winning entry focused on the importance of independent financial advice, our proposition and technical expertise, our work with Consumer Duty, the development of our employees including professional qualifications and our Adviser and Paraplanner Academies, our investment management proposition, our affinity relationships, the strength and security of our parent company, and the exceptional feedback we receive from our clients, including our Net Promoter Score and Trustpilot reviews.
